The most common repair kit to fix internal freeze damage to your 765-1 or 765-1 1/4. The kit includes parts 5-12 and a new nut to reattach the canopy to the bonnet assembly. Please confirm the size of your valve before ordering by looking at the canopy top (certain models say 765 - 1 or 765 - 1 1/4) or you can look at the side of the valve and it will have the size cast into the bronze.
